We can not believe the change in our dog Benji since starting him on your suggested Holistic Dog Lifestyle program.  He is much calmer and happier than he was before (and so are we!).  You have helped us understand things that never even crossed our minds before!  From nutrition and exercise to that craniosacral thing you do to help calm him, and of course doggie manners, you covered it all!

Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League held a huge adopt-a-thon on July 28, 2007.  Among all the added attractions, we invited Lorraine Smith from Heel 2 Heal to offer her services to the public.  In no time people we sitting down with Lorraine and receiving information on their pets that stunned them.  Lorraine not only helped with some behavioral problems, she also consoled a few that recently lost their pets.  I am planning on having Lorraine attend our 7th Annual Walk for the Animals in 2008!

I just wanted to say how grateful I am that Dr. Krawitz recommended you to us.  Youve been very helpful with teaching me how to handle Maggie (and Sasha), and you've opened my eyes to things I never realized before.  Your techniques and recommendations have allowed us to feed our dogs in peace (without them literally shoving their snouts into their bowls before reaching the ground).  Ive also been enjoying my longer walks with them since Im not being pulled as much as I used to.

You've also made me realize that Im the one in control, not the other way around.  Ive learned that they need specific direction from me and not just me letting them do whatever they please.

What I love most about your practice is that you genuinely care.  Im impressed by your constant follow up, wondering how my dogs are doing and how theyre progressing.

I will definitely recommend your services to everyone I know that has behavioral issues with their pets.

Thank you for the amazing work you have done for my beloved friends Frankie and Annie.  At just 6 1/2 years old, our little love Frankie (a Boston Terrier) was diagnosed with osteocarcoma on his 6th vertebra on July 9, 2007.  We were told that Frankie only had a few more days with us before he had to be laid to rest.  We immediately sought alternative advice and were referred to you, Animal Communicator & Behavior Therapist, Lorraine Smith of Heel 2 Heal.  You (after verifying with our Veterinarians) conducted CranioSacral therapy upon Frankie, changed his diet and our negative attitudes to positive ones based upon your recommendations, and we saw an incredible improvement in Frankie's condition.   After you conducted the therapy on Frankie, he was like a new dog - relaxed, calm, and at peace.  He slept for hours and was comfortable.  He looked forward to your therapy, your gentle touch and voice.  Although Frankie is no longer with us, you made Frankie's last few months (not a few days as the doctors predicted) very comfortable and as pain free as possible. 

What was also amazing was your ability to understand Frankie's needs and wants by communicating with him.  We were better able to understand Frankie and able to cope better with Frankie's passing due much to your communication skills.

As if that wasn't enough, you took our little Boston Terrier Annie (2 years old) under your wing and transformed her - from a dog who was scared of her shadow to a dog who had no fear! A pure miracle I believe.  Annie was always scared of people, even myself and my husband.  She would run away if attempted to be touched and trembled at the thought of leaving our house.  After leaving our little Annie with Lorraine for just only 1 week, Annie now walks on a short-leash close to our feet, allows us, as well as strangers to pet her, and runs to the front door for her daily walks (even when we are not ready to take her out).  Our family members think that we traded her in for a "new model" and have commented that "this is the first time Annie allowed us to touch her in two years!" Annie now seeks to cuddle with us and is a true lap dog.

When you came over for a consultation with Carmalita, you also made a comment about Donut, the pony in the ring.  You said she had pain in her neck.  She was diagnosed with a suspensory problem in her back ankles.  We had to put special shoes in the back.  The farrier said she didn't need shoes in the front but I have a feeling that it is throwing her balance off.  She is getting pain in her neck because she is not in balance and has to force a balance.  Thus causing a straining her neck.  Thanks for pointing out something I should have seen.  It is nice to have another pair of eyes sometimes. 
 
I am going to call my farrier right away.
